How do I sign up to be a member of TSA Network?

Sign up is fast and easy. Simply sign up using one of six available social media logins. You can also do it the old fashion way and enter your information manually. Once an account has been created, simply go to the catalog page and select a membership and add item to the cart. Then enter the appropriate payment information. After these steps are complete you will become a member. Payment must be up to date in order for membership to be active. 

Do I have to be a member to purchase an instrumental track?

No, you do not have to be a member of TSA Network to purchase an instrumental track. However, without being a member, you will not be eligible to receive membership benefits. These benefits include access to other artists and producers as well as five instrumental tracks for twenty five dollars a month. If you are not satisfied with membership access, cancel anytime. Joining is easy and fun so sign up today!

How do I purchase an instrumental track?

There are two ways to purchase an instrumental track, either as a member or non-member of TSA Network. 

1. Member of TSA Network: Membership is based off of a points system. Every month each active member is awarded 5 points. Each point corresponds to one download. Points can be used at any time during the month to purchase tracks. Unused points will carry over to the next month. Alternatively, a member can also purchase an instrumental track without points. 

2. Non-Member of TSA Network: Select an instrumental track and add it to the cart. Enter the email address you want the download link to be sent to. Select desired payment method.

How are the instrumental tracks delivered?

After making a purchase, you will receive an email with a link for each track that was purchased. You will be able to download the untagged version of the instrumental track once you access the link. The link will be sent to you within moments of your purchase. If you do not receive a link please contact us at Help@TSANetwork.com.

Once an instrumental track has been purchased, does it get removed from the website?

No. Instrumental tracks are not removed from the website after each purchase. Purchasing the track does not mean that you exclusively own the instrumental track. 

If I want a custom instrumental track, who do I contact at TSA Network? 

In order to receive a customized instrumental track, you must first be an active member of TSA Network. Once you are a member, you can contact us through the Contact page. From there we can communicate either through email, text, phone, Skype or any other medium that is deemed necessary.  

What methods of payment do you accept?

For purchasing a membership, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diner Club Cards. For purchasing of individual instrumental tracks, we accept the previously mentioned credit cards as well as PayPal.  

Can I exchange instrumental tracks after I have purchased them?

After you make a purchase of either a TSA Network Membership of an individual track, any type of exchange is not excepted. Just ensure that you select the correct instrumental track when adding items to the cart.  

What kind of license comes with the purchase of an instrumental track?

Each instrumental track comes with an "Affiliates License". Refer to the licensing page for more details. 

Can the license be transferred to another person or company after I purchase the instrumental?

The license agreement is only valid for the person who purchased the instrumental track originally.
